1. Production & Quality Associate
The Role: You will be responsible for hand-sorting, weighing, and packing our gourmet range. You are the final gatekeeper of quality.
What we look for: An eye for detail, a commitment to hygiene, and the ability to work with precision.
2. Sales & Brand Ambassador (Mall/Retail)
The Role: You will be the face of RG Naturals at our mall kiosks and partner stores. You will share our "Artisan Story" with customers and help them choose the right products.
What we look for: Excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for health and wellness.
3. Logistics & Delivery Coordinator
The Role: Ensuring our farm-fresh batches reach our retail partners and customers across Krishnagiri and Hosur on time.
What we look for: Reliability, knowledge of local routes, and a "customer-first" attitude.
